@matigo Before you disappeared your mood seemed like it was picking up quite nicely.
@sumudu Where’s mine? I like Merlot, despite what that bloke in ‘Sideways’ said.

@hazardwarning Us plebs are just feedstock now. We’re expected to do whatever we’re told…for the gain of the plutocracy, the owners of the modern machine. Our health doesn’t matter to them because we’re fungible. You should see the hedges here. They have loads of six foot oak trees growing in them. The hedge I’m looking at across the road is only about 50% privet.
feedstock | ˈfiːdstɒk |
noun [mass noun]
raw material to supply or fuel a machine or industrial process: [count noun] : the advantage of efficient technology and low-cost feedstocks.
@matigo Get on with your life, Jason. Yeah, I know, much easier said than done in the circumstances. But you don’t want to let your days, months, years go to waste because of some very toxic person’s vindictiveness. She can’t win this when there’s no evidence supporting her poison. Get on with your life. It’s your life, not fucking hers.
@matigo No. It wasn’t the same without your posting. I simply noticed the difference.
You’d think with all the practice they get and all of their Big Data that world-famous courier companies would be able to specify a delivery less crudely than ‘before the end of the day’. Would morning or afternoon be too much to ask?
@matigo Nice to see you back. When it said 29 new posts in here I thought that might mean your return because it’s been quiet. I hope you’re OK. I’m not sure I would be. Enjoy your domain if you can. :-)
@sumudu Looks like it has P.D.F. export as well. I suppose an open, agnostic way to store blog entries long term in a human readable (and transferable) format would be web/html. A html file (one for each entry) and any images in a sub-folder.
