The first filing cabinet arrived with a bad bash on a top back corner. Opted for replacement rather than 20% refund. The replacement arrived upside down (despite orientation arrows on the box), so I wasn’t surprised to find a smallish dent. Not chuffed about it but will keep it and hopefully get a discount.
