@jextxadore That is similar to what I was aiming for. Then the bio terror happened. And the plutocrats want to reinvent society with people renting things instead of owning things and C.B.D.C.s. I feel like there is a big question mark over every aspect of society. And now we’re in the Third World War. And Russia and China are trying to design a new global financial system. One interesting thing to consider though: if a new property crash akin to the sub-prime mess of 2008 occurs, then there might be some cheap homes available with big upside potential for opportunists.

Apparently, you can get a ton of free music on Telegram if you know which bots to use. I thought piracy was mostly dead now. Perhaps it isn't. Some bloke on Youtube says you can replace Spotify with it, though you don't get a nice interface or nice features.
