@hazardwarning USB-C is pretty useful these days. I can understand Apple only putting SD card slots on their high end laptops because most people don’t use dedicated cameras these days.

@hazardwarning Hiya. Good to see you. It would be painful to me to spend £350 on a five year old Intel Mac now the Apple Silicon Macs are out. But I can’t argue with the mathematics; the new ones cost £1000. What you been reading, escapist novels or philosophical tracts?

@matigo I don't understand all that physics/astrophysics stuff. I just enjoy everything else. After a while the characters almost start of feel like your friends and you love spending time with them.
@matigo 'Big Bang Theory' has some deep, intelligent characterisations that take time hook into you. And some of the secondary characters that feature intermittently are superbly drawn. I’d watch the whole series before giving up on it.
