@matigo So it’s a space agency that can’t explore space. Rather like a navy with no ships. It’s clever of Musk to become the Cuckoo in the government nest. If I ever go into business I’ll remember that trick. It’s much easier to suck on the government teat than to make things people want to buy on a profitable basis in the face of competition from companies already doing so.
