The newest iPhone has way better dynamic range than even the X, so it can be worth it.

Pro Camera doesn’t mention bracketing, which I would like to have. If I’m taking mobile pics in a hurry, it’d be nice to take a set of exposure bracketed shots and know that at least one will probably be OK. Adjusting exposure manually on a 4” phone screen is a bit awkward.
