It seems we have post editing in Murasaki now. And it works…thanks Jason. One less reason to go to the old one. The cancel button does nothing though. If I want to back out of editing I have to reload the page.

I’ve selected 'yes' for that setting but it’s working intermittently. Sometimes when I tap the menu it appears for a fraction of a second and goes away again. Too fast for me to use it. Refreshing fixes it but after a few menu taps it starts doing the peek-a-boo thing again

Puters are complicated aren’t they?

When I used BeOS there was an app that was included with the OS called 'Poorman'. It was so-called because it was a poor man’s web server. It was unbelievably simple and basic. You simply placed your html files and other files in a particular folder and made sure computer was on and 'Poorman' was running and told people your I.P. address. I never used it, other than to do a quick test. The reason I didn’t bother with it was because I didn’t have a spare—and quiet—P.C. to run all the time and often had a dynamic I.P.. I also changed I.S.P. a lot back then. I still like the idea of a web server for idiots.

The two bottom left ones don’t close when I tap them. The globe and the wavy lines ones.

I know the pop-up menus in Murasaki go away after a few seconds but sometimes I want to close them instantly with a tap instead of waiting. I wonder if there’s a reason why you didn’t implement ‘tap again to close’.

No one warned me about this. It’s a wonder I’m still alive.
