'Bear' looks like a nice Mac note-taking programme but they insist on pay-by-subscription and getting from the AppShop. Up with that I will not put.
@matigo I know there's 'Notes' but I'm trying to use less of Big Tech's built-in tools and use more discrete third-party tools.
@matigo I don't need online hooks. I'm willing to move stuff in manually. Just an offline archival thing would be nice. Something like MarsEdit might work if you can save as draft.
