@larand I know…but I’m curious about specific treatment. Given how the Soviets treated their own, I can imagine some unpleasant stories of what they did to the Germans. Maybe there’s a book about it.

There was a programme on telly a couple of days ago where a dog trainer helped parents with unruly young kids by training them like dogs. She used a clicker and rewards, rather than anger and chastisement.

It’s not just photography that’s a rabbit hole. Even one subset of it—composition—is a rabbit hole. Knowing about the rule of thirds and the benefit of leading lines is just the beginning.
