@matigo Yeah, there are always different opinions about grammar. I’m not sure anything is ever completely definitive. In other languages they have official language institutes where everything is officially decided. English isn’t like that.
@matigo I would expect they would because up to ninety-nine you’re supposed to write numbers as words, then use digits from 100 on. So numbers are always word-sized. The exception I suppose is if you’re writing a mathematical article with sums included. I’ve no idea how that would work. Just do some word count tests in some word processors.
@hazardwarning Imagine having to wear a face nappy when it’s forty degrees and no air-conditioning. Anyway, if the clinic I’m going to has big fans it might be bearable.
@hazardwarning Anyway, you could have dodged this problem with a bit of forward planning. Two or three nights in a B&B on the Isle of Portland and you’d have been laughing. Look at this, a mere twenty-one:
