The American silver Eagle coin has such a beautiful design. And I know it looks even better in person because I bought one. The gold Eagle design isn't as pretty for some reason.

@hazardwarning Problem is, you have to walk the dog every day so you can't rest it fully can you? If you were totally laid up the dog wouldn't get any walkies…
@matigo I thought they would have got bread from China. Mind you, I think Chinese bread is the flat kind isn’t it? Maybe it was Thomas Blake Glover.
@matigo They are very light. I think there’s as much air in them as bread. If you push down on one or just bite into one it goes very flat and doesn’t really spring back. The inside isn’t dry and fluffy; it’s slightly moist. There is a thin, crispy crust on top. I don’t know why but the top also has a slightly scratchy, almost pimply texture (but not always…I’ve had some with a smooth top). They are very easy to tear open with thumbs. In fact, you couldn’t really cut into them with a knife because they’d just go flat with the pressure. Scottish morning rolls and jam were made for one and other.
Slightly thrilled to have Scottish morning rolls. They are very hard to find in England. And no other rolls are even half as good.
