It's ice lolly season. I don't see the point of confectionary/chocolate/ice-cream-based ones. Just give me freezing-cold ice on a stick, albeit flavoured. Chocolate and caramel aren't refreshing enough in hot weather.
@matigo Firstly, the art of losing weight is mostly the art of hunger.
Secondly, you can get almost all the benefits of your exercise regime by just doing H.I.T. (high intensity training) where you exert yourself as much as possible for a mere thirty seconds several few times a day.
