@matigo If he was sending complaints straight into the bin for eight years, I suspect you won’t be able to get him to start doing his job 'properly' now. But it’s not your problem is it? It might be his manager's problem but it sounds like he’s not doing his job properly either (if he’s scared to confront the guy).

@axodys That’s nowt. My mum was trying to work out where an e-cig charging cable plugged into her hoover. She eventually realised that the hoover had sucked up the wire.
