@jextxadore There may be a nostalgia component but it’s much more than that. Many people find they respond emotionally to certain types of interfaces and get bored by others.

@matigo So the other guy doesn’t read complaint emails and that makes your software look bad? Catch-22. Is there some way you can stop doing the work he ought to be doing but also deflect the inevitable repercussions, so they go in the direction of him or his manager?
