It was quite good when it first started. It was a new style of T.V. being cinematic and being very adult instead of targeting the lowest common denominator (kids), but it's a bit samey now. I also think dragons are a bit hackneyed – at least they spared us elves. It's worth seeing the first two or three series for the experience and so you get the references.

I still watch it anyway, despite criticising it.

Game of Thrones is over-rated. They should end it and try something else.

Apparently Martina Navratilova is a snooker fan.

Oops.

Why is the 2011 better than the 2014 for video editing?

@height8 As long as he doesn't want to strangle the chicken.

That's what I call a difficult dilemma.

TV/films. Come to think of it, I record them most of the time but I like to download a box set sometimes.

//

I'd be on that like a shot, but I download a lot and have to share the bandwidth.

Presumably, you could get the SIM with a phone-you-don't-particularly-want, then later on buy the phone you do want, put the SIM in it and sell the phone-you-don't-particularly-want but you'd only get second-hand value for it which would sting.

I suppose phone contracts are made for people with ordinary needs and wants. If you're not ordinary you're better of without a contract. Contracts have handy things like family plans of course but they're a kind of shackle.
