@matigo But you’ll manage somehow. You always do don’t you? The fear (or anxiety) is always worse than the thing itself.
I’m not sure how much of a carbohydrate danger fruit represents? The sugar in fruit is apparently less bad for you than that in processed food. But it’s still carbs, so I think I’ll keep my fruit intake fairly low.
This made my brain hurt. I couldn’t understand it. I had a proper Zoolander moment. It was like when Dennis Pennis held up a bottle of orange juice in front of Helena Christian and asked her what 'concentrate' on the label meant. You could see her brain cogs overheating. I think I worked it out eventually. It must be called that because it’s the shape of a cross-section of salmon :-)
@phoneboy If you have a view of trees while you exercise, you’re not doing too badly.
