@JeremyCherfas Ah, it’s a Hoover washer that’s broken. Motherboard needed replacing once (under warranty) a few years ago and I think the same thing‘s happened again which would cost about £130 to fix.

@hazardwarning The brands keep buying each other. It’s hard to keep track of which brands are in the same company. Indesit tumble dryers seem to be long lasting (except when they’re going on fire) o_O
