Yes. 600 kcal anyway, so shouldn’t be a daily habit.

What can’t be improved by being more nutty?

Last year I heard a conversation on the radio where they were talking about food and health. One woman said that nutritionists had always struggled to figure out why processed food consumption is correlated with poor health. Then she said that some think they’ve worked it out; they think it’s emulsifiers. Emulsifiers are binding agents that stick everything together. So I was pleased tonight to see Asda are stocking Green & Black's' Velvet Edition chocolate bar (one of the few types without emulsifiers). I thought 'healthy' chocolate might be a bit bland so I got the Raspberry & Hazelnut one for flavour back up. Also, nuts are good for you and most of us don’t eat enough of them do we? It’s very nice. Recommended. £1:90 though.

Wow, that’s ninja. Does it only work with that programme?

Hoarder!

That Tech Tool Pro ain’t cheap.

That’s the absolute apogee of my jokes I’m afraid.

I seriously considered buying a firm of funeral directors but decided against it because it’s a big undertaking.
