@jextxadore It's not just studying I can't do while listening to music—not that I do any. I can't really do anything while listening to music. I always want to just sit and listen and take it all in. In the last few years I've made an attempt to listen while doing other things—it's easier with certain types of music—with some success, but it's still not my preferred way. Of course I'm never going to see notation because it's beyond my ken but I like to take the music seriously and if there are words, listen to them and think about them.

@matigo Can't see me having a need for any of those except maybe :tm: once in a while. Don't even know what the banging and interrobanging ones are but the latter one doesn't sound very pleasant.

@paulgit Not heard of those filters before. Sounds impressive. Probably wouldn't go amiss in European cities either with all the black particulates from diesel cars.
