@sumudu They have their pros and cons. You can talk to them about operating systems but they have dubiously short hair and go everywhere in fleece jackets, jeans and trainers. Then there’s the boring sports bras.

@peemee I read a few years ago that most people most of the time are doing single-core tasks on their computers. Since then, I mostly look at the single-core results and try not to get too excited by brilliant multi-core results.
@phoneboy I used to have a girlfriend who did that kind of stuff for a living (bit of a tomboy). It’s all ebonics to me.
When I was a kid I would have loved a nine month school holiday. I’d have been dancing a jig. But there was no virus panic.
